1999 Saturn SL1 Battery not chraging.alternator is good

1999 SATURN SL1
160,000 MILES • 4 CYL • FWD • AUTOMATIC

Help,
Pulled the alternator and had tested at local shop, passed check.
Car is running on just the battery and drains it.
If I disconect the battery the car dies instantly.

Am I missing something simple here?

If all these fuses are okay, Ign3 and Ign4 30amps and Ign1 10amp and Ign 3 7.5 amp-check and test the wiring and connections
