1998 Saturn SL1 Failing California Smog Test

My saturn has failed the required smog test. I had to replace the Catalytic converter and have replaced the both O2 sensors. I have failed for high emission of NO. WHat other areas should i check to get the car to pass smog?

Try cleaning out the EGR valve and see what happens-don't work check the air injection system
