1998 Saturn SL1

Before u start programing remotes I would take them apart and clean them they get black powder that causes the buttons to become inop.clean both the circuit board contacts and the button contacts u can use a tissue.also check the battery it should be around 3 volts.if it still doesn't work then look at the obd2 connector where u hook a scanner to to get codes.top row of pins from left to right jump pin 4 to pin 8 u will hear a short horn honk now it's in learn mode leave the jumper the entire time ur programing don't take it out till ur done programing.once u do this the rke module forgets all remotes so u will have to reprogram all working remotes at this time.now hold lock and unlock buttons down at the same time till u hear another short honk and the locks on the car will cycle.then move on to the next remote till there all programed.try cleaning them and checking the batteries first u may not have to program them.let me know how it goes.
