1997 Saturn SL1 Windshield Wipers Will Not Turn Off

ok if u have a multimeter u will need it to do this go to the wiper motor connector on termial c at the motor connector its a purple wire with ur wiper switch off there should be no ground there.also at ur wiper motor connector terminal d brown wire there shouldnt be a ground with the switch off ethier.let me know what u find.
