1997 Saturn SL1 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

I just bought a 97 Saturn SL1. My transmission fluid is low, but I do not know what kind of fluid to put in it.
I've always had automatics before. Can u please tell me what kind of fluid to use? I do not want to use the wrong kind & mess up my car.

The best stuff to use is the Saturn fluid it has more additives that improve shifting.but if u go aftermarket I would use the green bottle castrol high mileage dextron 3.if the fluid isnt real red I would I would just change it.
