Noises problem
1997 Saturn SL1 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

squealing noise coming from belt area. belt was
replaced less than 2000 milese ago. belt appears to
be loose and if you pour water on it while engine is
running noise temporarily goes away. is this a belt
alignment problem or is the tensiorer bad

Sound's like a bad belt tenisor take a wrench when the engine is shut off and see how much pressure the tensior has.
