1997 Saturn SL1 "Tea kettle" sounding noise

The other day i noticed a whistling sound that seems to be coming from my passenger side. It starts at maybe 40-45 mph and gets a little louder when the car moves faster. I don't notice the noise at slower speeds. It sounds exactly like a whistling tea kettle. Its not a consistent whistle and at first I thought it was just wind but now im not too sure. I never noticed that noise before and i drive the car on a highway every day. Any ideas?

Look for anything out of place with windshield molding outside mirror wipers etc. maybe causing noise
