When I drive down the road and there is any bumps, my car will jump to the passenger side and than straighten out. If the roads have any ice or snow and ice, it sways and almost feels like it is going to slide out from under me and go to the ditch.

check ur tire pressure excessive tire pressure will cause a very bouncey ride.also check ur struts u can check them by bouncing up and down on every corner of the car bounce it hard and atleast 3-5 times each then stop bounciing and it should stay still quickly if u have a bad one u will see the differnce from another strut.a bad strut will be like a boat in rough waters.check all four if thats ok then u will have to make sure everything in ur suspension is good and tight.let me know what u find.
