MY saturn knocks under acceleration At first I thought it was bad gas or timing. The only thing is it only happens when the outside air temp is less than 65 deg. Also it stops right at 2000 rpm every time. I did remove and clean EGR and reolaced coolant temp sensor and Knock sensor.

could be caused by being out of timming have you ever had the timming belt changed it should be inspected and/or replaced every 60,000 miles
