1993 Saturn SL1 car wont start and makes clicking noises

First of all thank u for ur donation it really helps to keep this website going and answering everyones questions.first of all u need to have the battery tested an make sure the battery cables are clean and tight.under ur center console below ur ebrake handle there is a seat belt control module that has relays in it that click when u get low battery voltage.so I would start there with the basics.also do u have a multimeter so we can do some testing later if need?let me know what u find.
