1992 Saturn SL1 Engine wont Crank

Car was running/ driving stuttered and died. Engine won't crank. No click, no noise, nothing. Lights work, no drop in voltage when turning key. Tried park position, neutral position. No difference when tried to jump. Checked Fuses in engine compartment, all look good. Starting system seems dead. Any ideas?

Battery okay??

Hold key at start position and check for power at the purple wire on the starter solenoid-Do you have it if so get the starter tested if not check the neutral start switch and ignition switch
