Where can I take my Saturn SSL to get the iginition code reset, the itnition switched was recently changed and now my car starts sometimes and other times it won't

There is no such operation. If you are still having a problem, then you still have a failure somewhere and it needs to be diagnosed correctly. You will need a Tech2 scan tool to do that.
