Steering problem
1988 Saturn Sedan

very old saturn stuck in my driveway. owner somehow locked the steering wheel... not sure of age or actual make.. the key can turn to bring on lights/and sounds but cannot move the wheel.
no buttons to unlock. car in park.
keys tried both ways.
