This Saturn has a mind of its own. When we drive long enough for the car to reach higher temperatures, but not overheating, the blinkers will not operate. If the head lamps are on, they dim, and if turned off, the blinkers will work again. This does not happen all the time or when engine is cool. I think its a ground issue but don't know where to start. This is a recent occurance and there has been no repairs done recently. I would appreciate any help.
