i doubt its ur o2 sensor they have seperate codes when u have a o2 sensor issue.the trouble tree for p0410 starts with having u put a scanner on it load with saturn software that has a special test that runs ur air pump system and u can see if ur o2 sensor reads below 200mv while its on.only problem is most places dont have the special test software except the dealer.what u can do is when the engine is cold start it up and see if ur air pump comes on.also it says ur car has a vaccumm combo valve but i thought urs had a linear one.so let me if u have a vaccuum hose running to a vaccuum actuated valve on ur a/c compressor.also check all ur fuses in ur under hood fuse box.make sure u have power on both sides of the fuse.let me know what u find.
