1999 Saturn SC2 Brakes Dragging

Just replaced Brake pads, machined rotors, and Drivers caliper. When the brakes heat up, pedal becomes stiff (travels only 1/2 inch or so) front brakes grab tight, back will still free wheel when off the ground. what could be the issue here, at a loss...

So did you replace your drivers side caliper?If so why?Also you said your brake pedal becomes stiff and only moves a 1/2" do you mean a hard pedal?If so sound's like your power brake booster isn't working.Make sure your getting a good source of vacuum to it when the pedal get's hard and that your brake booster is holding vacuum.
