1998 Saturn SC2 inside fan

Air Conditioning problem
1998 Saturn SC2 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

went to turn on defroster this morning and the fan inside of the car didn't work nothing blowing out. Would like to know if this is just a fuse or something else? Thank you

start by checking the fuses if OK then check blower motor relay. fuses and relay good then blower motor itself probably is bad.
