1998 Saturn SC2 Engine Stutters

My 1998 Saturn SC2's engine stutters at low RPM
under torque....seems to get a little better as RPM's
go up. It seems worse when cold.

I was wondering if a icoil pack can be checked?

Could it not be getting cosistant spark?

I have changed Plugs -Wires -MAP Sensor - Temp

Do u have any codes?what kind of spark plugs did u put in?check the coolant temp sensor see if it's corroded.let me know what u find.
