My software doesnt give that info, but they usually just pop into the console or a plate that both switch's mount to. Most cars now use retainers that pop in to hold almost all of the interior together. Try using a wide blade to get under the front or rear of the switch and gently pry up, if it doent give a little then you may have to remove the console
