1995 Saturn SC2 turn/hazard relay?

I can't find the turn signal/hazard lights relay(flasher). It is not in the under hood fuse block nor the interior fuse block located in the console. Any ideas where else to look?

It is in the fuse relay block behind center of dash. Hope this helps Thanks and Merry Christmas
