1993 Saturn SC2 oil on spark plugs, hard start

This Saturn has several problems with it. The spark plugs had oil on them when I pulled them. I replaced the plugs and wires. Ran fine until I drove it. Engine spits and sputters under any load even as small as simply backing out of the garage. Pulled plugs again and they were dripping with oil. No check engine light. I'm lost, what do you think it is?

I had the problem with another car. My care would shake and I felt like it was about to turn off. I had the gasket seal replace and my car runs fine and does not have any problems. They cleaned out the spark plugs afterward and had to remove the excessive oil and clean it out as well. Good luck.
