2001 Saturn SC1 belt tensioner

I have had a lot of noise from around the pulleys
The idler pulley came off so I replaced it but I still have a whiney noise so I suspect it is the belt tensioner

it could be a alternator bearing powersteering pump water pump bearing even ur a/c clutch bearing they can get real noisey can u atleast tell if its comming from a/c water pump area or ur powersteering alternator area?
