1999 Saturn SC1 200000 miles

My sun roof is off of its tracks i think. When ever i push the button to open it up it does a cranking noise and wont open. it is already open a little bit making a noise from the shaking of the car.

You said the sunroof is open is the glass level or opening uneven?
