i changed fuel pump at my saturn.
but it wasnt a problem!!!
fuel pump getting no 12v. nothing.
i tested fuel pump it is working.
relay seams work to.
is pcm bad?

Check IP battery fuse 30amp if okay check computer fuel pump relay control circuit-
