1998 Saturn SC1 knocking in valve train

after runing low on oil,i noticed a knockig noise by my lifters when i accelerate fast.none existent at slow acceleration.plued the cover and everything looked normal.lose of power and wants to stall when i come to a stop.besides idleing rougher then normal it sounds fine at idle.what do u think?thanks

Check the valve clearance, inspect lifters and mike out the camshaft
