1997 Saturn SC1 loud squeking noise

So i have this horrible loud squeking noise i changed the belt and it still does it, mainly when i first turn it on or when i put it in reverse it does it really bad?? what could it be?

Does the squeaking get louder with a/c on if so sounds like ur drive belt tenisor.let me know what u find.also donations and feedback greatly appreachiated.
