1997 Saturn SC1 loose shifter

the shifter is real wobbly loose and will not go into any gear. it was fine when it was parked came out of store and then it happened. was only in the store 20 mins.

Look under your shifter boot see if the outer cable at the base of your shifter is unhooked.Let me know what you find.
