1997 Saturn SC1 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

my saturn displays P0300 on the odb2 tool.
what does this mean,what should i look for?

I posted the trouble tree for p0300 i know it says 1999 SL1 but its the same engine you have and same trouble tree you would use on your car.Let me know what you find.
