Engine Mechanical problem
1996 Saturn SC1 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual
ok i talked to someone a couple of weeks ago, but dont remember who. anyway i have fire and fuel to my fuel rail but it will not even try to start . so i went and bought a fuel presure tester and my fuel psi starts out at about 42 and jumps to 45 when i let off the key and bleeds down so i guess im asking if its the fuel pump or what?
