Four cylinder front wheel drive automatic 239,990 miles

My windshield wipers are not working. at first they moved very poorly and then within fifteen minutes they stopped working all together.
It is either the fuse or motor, but in the fuse box i do not know which fuse it is. and i cannot figure out how to reach the motor. Please help. I cannot use my car while itis raining!

the inside fuse passenger side kick panel fuse six says wiper make sure the fuse is good and has power to both sides of the fuse. also, make sure wiper arms are tight and not stripped. the high lighted part of the text on how to remove the motor will get you to the motor to test it. let me know what you find.
