I WENT AHEAD CHANGED THE HOSES AND RECGARGED WITH TWO CANS OF 134 BUT COMPRESSOR DID NOT ENGAGE? COULD THE A/C SYSTEM BE AIRLOCKED OR OR A SWITCH BAD? ICHECKED THE FUSE AND IT WAS OK?

Hi jojo2799, Welcome to 2carpros and TY for the donation

When you turn the AC On -do you hear the clutch engage the compressor? Your possibilities here could be low on freon, magnetic clutch, low pressure cut off switch, AC relay and AC/Heater fuse.

You can do this power the magnetic clutch from the battery and see what happens
