I have a 1994 Saturn SC2 with 145,000 miles on it. The windshield wipers started going slower and slower til they recently quit working. I figured it was the wiper motor but just replaced it & wipers still do not work. What else could it be and how can I check it out further?

Check the fuses and relay first. If that does not turn up anything check the motor plug for 12 volts. Keep following it back until you don't get 12 volts. check the wires and the switch.

Good hunting and let us know. :)
