whoops i put the transmission fluid in the oil

whats the worst that can happen if i put the transmission fluid where the engine oil should go?
(only 1 quart)
i have a 2004 saturn L300 it has 51,000 miles

In the old days that was considered a way to remove sludge. Not at all necessary with modern oils. I doubt if you will see any real problems as long as you change it ASAP.
