Does evrything else in the car work properly (looking for bad fuse maybe). If so then you need to check for power and ground at the motor that runs the seat belt, with the door closed so it thinks you are driving

If you cant fix it your car should (maybe in the glove box) should have a little metal thing that looks like a seatbelt could latch to it well if you look were the seatbelt should be when someone is in the car (at the end of the track) there should be something you can snap it into snap it on there. no more auto but it will still work
