labor rates in CT

what should be the estimated time for labor to change radiator and hoses on my saturn? how many hoses are there? the cost of repair for all things is approaching the blue book value of the car. what is the lifeline for a saturn? seems short at 7 years.

You can't compare the cost of a repair to the resale value of the car. You need to compare the cost of the repair to the cost of replacing the car with that money and still have what you already have. IT costs about 7 to 15 cents per mile for maintenance and repairs with most vehicles. For a new 15,000 dollars car it costs you 47 cent per mile to purely own it for 36,000 miles.
