Have I done damage?

I drive an 05 Saturn VUE V6 28k miles. I accidently drove it with the gear in "I" mode for approximately 25 minutes city and highway. Have I done any damage?

Hey goober,
How's the Vue running? I assume that by "I" you mean low gear. By now I would htink that any problems that may have come from that are evident.
