[b:2f83a9b3f6]My drivers side outside mirror was smacked off while parked on a busy street. Saturn 2001 S Series. No damage to anything on body, or near the attachment to the rest of the door. I would like to know if I must remove the whole door panel inside, and if this is a repair that an amerature should not attempt. It is a NON POWER miror, only manual remote from inside.
Please Help,.[/color:2f83a9b3f6][/b:2f83a9b3f6]

If there is a small plastic cover behind it you might be able to get to it

Hi I just removed driver mirror off gmc van you might open door and look for 3-4 nuts that hold mirror on if i remember correctly i didn't have to remove inside panel, but i could be wrong, if you don't see the nuts and have to remove the panel you might have to check for screws around arm rest and handle then the panel is pretty easy to pop off by hand. good luck hope this helps 8)
