Digital odometer not working

2001 Saturn SL2, 69000 miles, 2.2 engine. The odometer lights up, however, does not register mileage, trip odometer does not work either. What is it and how is it repaired?

First check IGN1 fuse and BCM1 fuse. Does the speedometer work? If it does the PCM is probably sending the correect signal, and the cluster is the problem.
