2003 Other Saturn Models wind shield wiper reset

I am trying to set my wiper arms and motor back to the start position. I am not havig any luck. how do I reset it

??? What do you mean reset them to "park"? If you turn them off at the switch, the motor should go to "park" on its own. What kind of repair are we talking about?
