1999 Other Saturn Models Code Errors

I have three different code errors when the car was checked and I just want to know exactly what the errors are. Code P0326/P0341/P1620. Could you please answer this for me.

This is some of what those codes translate to
P0326 Knock Sensor 1 Circuit Range/Performance (Bank 1 or Single Sensor)
P0341 Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Range/Performance
I would check wiring and ground before replacing parts
