1998 Other Saturn Models I need help

My car won't pass smog in CA, they said I need to replace the o2 sensor and transmission temp sensor, what is easier to replace and where is the o2 sensor located?

If your check engine light is on, and both codes are stored, they will not pass you until the car can pass it's own emissions readiness. You will have to change both, the O2 sensors are in the exhaustm one before the converter, and one after, to look up the other, I need the engine size and vehicle model.
