HI.I have a 1998 saturn sl2 and my question is. When I give the car a little gas it has a dead spot. Would the tps be causing it? I put new plugs/wires/os sensor/motormounts. Any help would be great.

It certainly could. To know for sure you would need to look at voltages on a scan tool and watch for it to drop out while accelerating.

The problem was. Symptom: Hesitates under part throttle, may feel like an engine misfire, ignition system and fuel delivery system test good.

System: Emissions/PCM/Fuel, Engine Ignition

Codes: Possible P0300, P0301, P0304

Problem: The #1 and #4 Spark Plug Wires are reversed which causes the injector timing to be off by 180 degrees.

Test & Fix: Verify the correct Spark Plug Wire installation order of 4, 1, 2, 3
