My Saturn will not shift out of park when its cold. This is a intermittent problem. Sometimes it will shift after a bit of fighting with the shifter and others it just wont shift for longer. I suspect a BTSI Solenoid is the problem. Can someone confirm?

I put the brakes on to shift out of park and sometimes it does NOT shift without fighting with it for a few minutes. It seems to be bad only the first time when the car has not been on overnight. Once I have got it to shift it works the rest of the day with no problems.
