1997 Other Saturn Models Won't crank

'97 Saturn SC1 w/ 4 cylinder, occasionally will not crank. If push-started, it runs great. Battery and charging system is working fine. Most times, it cranks and starts fine.
Could it be the ignition switch?

yes . it could be poor connections also. corroded , connection at the starter. these are all things that have to be checked.
