My 1997 Saturn wagon steering wheel vibrates when I drive over 65-70 mph. Alignment is perfect as is wheel balance. I'm told that it might be a rack and pinion problem. Is that possible? what else might it be?
Thanks

Hi there,

You may have a very worn or loose steering rack, or a tyre fault it will be with in the steering, tyres or front suspension.
