1997 Other Saturn Models idle problems

i'm having trouble with my car not wanting to idle, it goes from running normal to sounding like a go-cart, and trying to die on me. what can be causing this? i've done an oil change, changed the spark plugs and wires, and the oxygen sensor.

Remove the coolant temperature sensor and check it for cracks. This is the first thing i look at when there are odd runnibility issues.

i had the cool packs changed and it has appeared to fix it.
