1996 Other Saturn Models dashboard lights

1996 Other Saturn Models 6 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 85000 miles

I can't find my owner's manual for my car and I have dashboard lights flashing. This one looks like a square with water on the bottom half and a down arrow inside the box. There is another light flashing right next to it. Could you tell me what the light means?

how is it running? a flashing check engine light usually means there is a severe running problem that could cause damage to cat converter.
