1994 Other Saturn Models oil in spark plug chamber

changed many spark plugs before and never had oil in the chamber is this unusual? What needs to be done?

take off your valve covers and see if the little rubber plugs for the spark plug holes are good, if they are then it may be a worn valve seal.
