1994 Other Saturn Models Hard Shifting

Canged all fluid and filter in transmission and it still shifts very hard in every gear while driving. Goes into gear fine at take off. Once you start picking up speed the hard shifting starts. Otherwise this car runs great. This just started a few months back while my sister had it. During the changing of transmission fluid, I added a bottle of Trans-X thinking it would help if it was just a sticky valve in the trans. I've driven it at least 150 miles since the change but it hasn't resolved the problem. Any advice would be apppeciated. 1994 Saturn 1.9 liter/Automatic Transmission OD

may be time to have it taken in and have the synchronizers checked, they may be going out, or you may have a worn gear set.
