1993 Other Saturn Models electrical?

The only way the car will start is if jumped. It will stay running when started, but when you hit the brakes, the dash lights will flashon and off alot. I have checked all grounding.

I have a 94 Saturn and have had electrical problems from the start. When my car starts acting crazy and doing what yours is doing--flashing lights with brake pressure and other things; I disconnect the battery cables and then connect them. This reboots the electrical system. I got this answer many years ago on Yahoo Groups from a Saturn technician in Houston.
